A huge thank you to everyone who came out for our 2025 Haul Out and Annual General Meeting this past weekend! It was amazing to see so many familiar faces lending a hand as we packed up the fleet for winter and gathered to celebrate another fantastic year on Alta Lake.
As always, Whistler Sailing runs on volunteer power - your time, effort, and support help keep our programs affordable and our community strong. By lending a hand with tasks like boat haul out, we’re able to save on costs and put more resources directly into programs and equipment for our sailors. From moving boats and tidying the yard, every bit of help truly makes a difference.
It was a windy summer - one to remember! Between our busy Learn to Sail summer camps, adult sessions, race team and foiling days, there was no shortage of action. Thank you to everyone who joined us on the water this season - your enthusiasm keeps the spirit of sailing alive in Whistler.
While most of the boats are now tucked away for the season, the Race Team isn’t done yet! They’ll be heading down to compete in the Pumpkin Bowl Regatta later this month. We wish them fair winds and fast sailing!
âš“ See you on the lake in 2026!
