✅ 2025 Boat Launch: Mission accomplished!

Updated: May 14, 2025 Thanks to the incredible effort of our volunteers and community members, the 2025 Boat Launch was a big success!

There’s nothing like the power of community, and once again, many hands made light work. On Friday, May 9th, a fantastic crew came together to get the Whistler Sailing fleet ready for another great season on Alta Lake.

From launching boats and prepping the coach boat fleet to cleaning up the cabins, your contributions made a huge difference. We're excited to say that the boats are out, currently being rigged, and almost ready to sail!

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who pitched in - we couldn’t do it without you.

There's nothing like the power of community - many hands truly do make light work! Every year, a dedicated crew of sailing enthusiasts and volunteers comes together to help get Whistler Sailing's fleet water-ready for the season.

This year’s Boat Launch  is set for Friday, May 9th from 4–7 PM. We’ll be tackling key tasks like launching boats, cleaning out the cabin, and setting up the coach boats. It’s a great way to connect, lend a hand, and kick off the season together.

Your help makes a big difference, and we’d love to see you there!
